Dear Pastor Berwick and Staff,

I am free after 24 1/2 years! All because of my being a child of the living God!  It is wonderful to be free, living for the Saviour; doing His will in my life!  With the years of your Bible studies and especially with the Daniel and Revelation studies, I found true peace and freedom before I walked out of the wicked home that held me those years.  I pray I will, in some small way, help a few souls to see clearly the path to follow and become children of the One and only Creator who loves us more than we know!  God's "last call" in Revelation 18 is our last chance to come out of Babylon (sin) and accept His truth and obey His will in our life.  Because of our love we obey God's commandments.  Without Jesus living in our heart, we can do nothing.  All of this I acquired through faithfully being willing to be shown the truth in many ways.  For this I praise the Lord Jesus Christ for taking me as I was and leading me gently and with love into His world.  God bless each of you accordingly! With love, Roy - Texas

To Whom it May Concern,

I would like to know if you would send me your Bible Correspondence Course?  It was recommended to me by another inmate here who has completed your course.  Thank you very much!  Robert - Florida Prison

Dear Pastor David Berwick, Carol, and the HMLM Staff,

May our most precious Lord Jesus Christ be eternally blessing all of you.  You are prayed for constantly here at our facility's Sabbath services.  Your dedication to our Lord Jesus and the Biblical truths that are so needed today is much appreciated!  I am to tell you "Thank you and God bless" from our volunteer SDA ministers that are so impressed with the tracts you have been sending us.  Thank you for your letter.  We are so appreciative of all you do for us.  Thank you for just keeping us in mind.  Many souls are moved by your tracts.  They are very well received.  And we have been receiving them without any problems from our prison mail staff, which is in and of itself miraculous!  Not one tract has failed to reach our hands, which in turn is sent to the three facilities here.  Our facility has become the central hub for all of the SDA groups in this prison.  I guess the only good thing about California's unique super-sized prisons (over 4,000 inmates or more) is that each prison reached is like a small city in size.  Which in turn reaches all the families of those who receive your tracts!  I know of one congregate in particular who sends the tract to the pen pals he writes in the Philippines.  So, you could say we have an international outreach from our small prison congregation, Amen!  Our volunteers send their thank you and prayers to you all.  We can never forget "thank you's" and prayers to the Bible study graders and staff from all over the U.S.  We look forward to hearing from you again at the mailbox.  God bless you all!  Your servant and brother in Christ Jesus, Tom - California Prison

Dear HMLM Staff,

I would very much enjoy a free copy of His Marvelous Light Ministries' Giant Print KJV Study Bible with Daniel and Revelation study helps!  It will be put to good use!  Thank you so much also for the certificate of completion (for the Bible study course).  It's very nice!  Please keep me in prayer that I'll grow in knowledge of the Word, strength in the Spirit, and most important in God's grace.  Thank you all for your help in that growth.  Your brother in Christ, Bruce - West Virginia Prison

Dear Friends,

I learned of your prison ministry from a directory of inmate services and would like to be enrolled in your free Bible correspondence course.  I would appreciate anything that would help develop my relationship with Jesus and deepening my understanding and faith.  Thank you for your kind assistance!  In His love, Kelly - Virginia Prison

Greetings!

I am currently incarcerated and while I'm here I wish to expand my mind and my heart to our Lord and the Bible.  I understand you offer an excellent Bible study course to indigent prisoners and I'd greatly appreciate the opportunity to participate in your program.  I currently have an old KJV Bible that I use, but it is torn and missing pages. However, I'll gladly use it to do your Bible lessons.  Thank you for your consideration, and may God bless you and yours!  Rodney - Arkansas Prison

Dear Sirs,

It is my understanding that you provide spiritual literature to incarcerated persons.  I am particularly interested in the book "The Great Controversy" and would love to own a copy, if at all possible.  I, for the past four years, have studied the Bible and would appreciate any and all literature you could provide me.  Thank you, and God bless!  Clinton - Louisiana Prison

Dear Sir,

I am incarcerated in Illinois at a correctional center.  I would like to be put on your mailing list!  I want to thank you for serving our Lord Jesus Christ and sharing God's Word.  Respectfully, Jamie - Illinois Prison

Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings in the name of the Father.  I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help.  My help cometh from the Lord who makes Heaven and earth.  I am incarcerated, doing ten years of my life away from my family, wrongfully accused.  I know life is not always easy in this sin-cursed earth, but I am seeking to walk in my Father's path.  When my mother found out I was locked up, the first thing she said to me was 'Son, you need to return to your first Love'.  As a child growing up, I had to go to church every Saturday.  I came to America, strayed away for a while, but this is my wake up call to return to my first love.  I am going to make this short.  I have found a group in prison moving with the Adventist movement according to prophecy.  I joined the group and made a vow to return back to the fold.  Please help me to continue on this path.  Please, if you could send me one of your Sabbath calendars for 2013, a catalogue, a KJV Bible, and your free Bible study, I'd be grateful.  Please help me to continue my movement so I can help others.  Thank you and may the good Lord continue to bless you all!  Respectfully, Fred - Kentucky Prison
